Charging instructions

  1. Connect the vehicle with the charging station. If the charging station has a door, follow the steps bellow and wait until the door opens, then connect the cable and the charging will start after you close the door.
  2. Tap the Scan QR code button in the Charging stations section in Citymove app.
  3. Scan the QR code and wait to be re-directed to the PRE payment website. If you are unable to scan the QR code, enter the code of the station manually.
  4. Choose the charging duration and confirm by agreeing with the charging terms and conditions.
  5. Choose “Přejít k platbě/Go to the payment”. Enter your Visa / MasterCard data for the payment procedure and pay. The charging has started.
